One of our long-standing residential developers who build circa 500 units per year requires an experienced Production Site Manager for a start as soon as possible in the Holbeach, Lincolnshire area, realistically within the next two weeks following a two-stage interview process consisting of a telephone interview and a face-to-face meeting at our client's Head Office.
Our client builds both private open market and housing association developments and takes great pride in building homes for the future to suit a wide range of residents and families. Our open market homes are traditionally designed with outstanding quality and attention to detail.
Our client is proud to build on behalf of established Housing Associations. Throughout the design, technical and construction phases, we work closely with the Housing Associations to construct high-quality affordable homes for their clients.
Job Location: Holbeach - Lincolnshire
Pay Rate: £270 - £300 per day - Depending on experience
Start Date: 06.05.25
Duration: over 12 months or temp to perm
Payroll Model: Weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing site operations, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
