The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for managing the candidate delivery process from screening candidates, checking all candidates are compliant, executing Right To Work checks, checking references and placing operatives on site and organising interviews for Professional & Technical roles too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Manage job vacancies from briefing through to placement
  • Negotiate offers and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets

  • Previous recruitment or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
