About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Tier 1 construction team, supporting the delivery of major projects across London valued between £50m and £100m+. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the commercial function on large-scale construction projects, ensuring robust financial control, effective contract management, risk mitigation, and the successful delivery of commercial objectives.
The successful candidate will work across two flagship projects, one located in North London and the other in South London, operating within a hybrid working arrangement split between project sites and regional offices. The Managing Quantity Surveyor will lead and mentor project commercial teams while working closely with Operational, Pre-Construction, Procurement and Senior Leadership teams to drive project success.
