Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. * Lead and inspire a team of sales advisors, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. * Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity of goals and expectations while providing ongoing training and support. * Supervise daily activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service. * Implement effective sales management techniques to achieve sales targets and drive profitability. * Organise promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones. * Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development. * Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and employee schedules.
