Start Date: Ideally February 2026, but we will wait until as late as September 2026 if this is necessary to appoint the very best candidate.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly ambitious and passionate SENDCo who can lead our specialist team, take on additional responsibility as we expand, and ensure all pupils become effective learners in the right setting. The ideal candidate will excel at forming strong relationships with all stakeholders, work credibly and independently with other professionals, and share knowledge and expertise with other practitioners. A commitment to inspiring and supporting Assistant SENDCos is essential.
