As a Middleweight Designer, you will support the brand, design, and communications needs across multiple business units. Your role will involve working closely with our Head of Marketing and Creative Director to develop and execute high-quality visuals that capture our brand identities and communicate effectively with our target audiences. You will have a unique opportunity to work on a variety of B2B and B2C projects ranging from digital and print materials to campaign graphics and brand identity assets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership teams across our group of companies to create compelling, on-brand designs for both digital and print.
- Develop and execute a wide range of visual assets, including social media graphics, presentations, digital advertising, and printed collateral.
- Create, maintain and enhance brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Support internal communications initiatives, creating materials that engage and inspire employees.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and continually bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, ideally with a background in brand communication design.
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, video editing, and motion graphics. Basic knowledge of website development and Google Ads is a plus.
- Creative Vision: Strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing designs.
- Collaboration: A team player with great communication skills, able to take feedback and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
