As Site Manager, you will be at the heart of our transport and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient management of all site activities.
What Skills Do We Need

• Contract Management: Manage our contracts with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Procurement Collaboration: Work closely with procurement managers and customers on product selection and supply strategies.
• Logistics Oversight: Plan and supervise both incoming and outgoing deliveries to meet customer expectations.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee logistics, warehouse, and transport services, ensuring operational excellence.
• Financial Planning: Analyse budgets and manage expenditures to drive cost-efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Enforce compliance with industry laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve concerns and issues within the supply chain.
• Health & Safety: Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site. What do you need to bring:
• CPC National/International: Essential.
• Proven Experience: Significant experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in logistics and inventory management software.
• Cold Store Expertise: Experience in warehouse management, ideally in a cold store/fridge environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and organisational skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manufacturing Insight: An understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
