Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 18:00 to 06:00
Salary: £14.80 per hour
Based: Eurocentral, Motherwell
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI’s in Health & Safety, service, and performance.
- Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.
- Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.
- Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.
- Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.
- Driving a can-do culture by adopting a hands-on approach.
- Develop and mentor members of your team.
- Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.
