Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Motherwell.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI’s in Health & Safety, service, and performance.
- Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.
- Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.
- Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.
- Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.
- Driving a can-do culture by adopting a hands-on approach.
- Develop and mentor members of your team.
- Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of Warehousing/Cold store environment.
- You must be a strong communicator, who is able to prioritise tasks in a timely organised manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate must be proficient with Microsoft packages and WMS systems.
- Ability to work well with others.
