Production Operator Rom Limited, Lichfield
4-Day Working Week (40 Hours, Monday to Thursday)
Day Shift: 6.00am to 4.00pm
Salary £26,504 per annum (increasing to £30,140 once multi-skilled)

Our Lichfield facility is responsible for producinghigh quality finished steel products that can be found in iconic projects such as the Severn Cross, Wembley Stadium and the Shard.

You Will Be Responsible For But Not Limited To
Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions
Complete production activities in order of priority
Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications. Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analysed.
About You
A good awareness of Health and Safety
Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
Eager to learn
Previous production experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
A Counterbalance FLT licence would be advantageous
