Rolton is an established, award‑winning, professional multi‑disciplinary engineering practice. We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join the team. The successful candidate will provide internal day‑to‑day administrative support under the leadership of the Executive Assistants and the wider admin support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support to produce, save and issue correspondence using company templates and the document management system, and updating external systems as required
- Assistance with maintaining the company’s records using iHasco and DeltekPIM
- Ordering stationery and other equipment, as required
- Greeting visitors and arranging refreshments
- Organising travel arrangements including rental cars, trains and hotels
- Answering the telephone and dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Qualifications and Training
The role will suit a candidate with good GCSEs including Maths and English, level 4 or above. After successfully completing the Level 3 Business Administration qualification, you will have the opportunity to progress to Level 4 or Level 5, subject to achieving a satisfactory outcome at Level 3.
