Our client is a well-known travel brand seeking an ambitious, dynamic Product Manager to take their FIT/Beach contract portfolio to the next level. We are seeking an experienced professional with European product knowledge (preferably) and someone who can start ASAP or by Jan 2025. This is a maternity cover role.
Responsibilities
- Negotiation and Strategy
- Develop and manage FIT/Beach contracts and special offers to align with company goals.
- Maintain competitive analysis and stay ahead of market trends.
- Supplier Relations
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships and be a positive ambassador of this excellent brand.
- Monitor sales with the Head of Product to identify growth opportunities.
- Market Insight and Development
- Analyse market trends to propose and develop innovative products.
- Visit international destinations to contract hotels and assess quality firsthand.
- Costing And Pricing
- Ensure all area costs and dates are accurately loaded into the system.
- Maintain flawless contract processes.
- Marketing And Brochure Delivery
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and marketing team to ensure timely brochure launches.
- Team Leadership
- Streamline processes and foster productivity within the team.
- Guarantee accuracy in all materials shared from the department.
