We are looking for an Account Manager to join our EMEA team and help our customers unlock the full value of the AdRoll platform. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 15–25 accounts, acting as the strategic partner responsible for driving growth, retention, and long-term success for your clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining commercial ownership, analytical thinking, and customer strategy. You will work closely with brands to improve marketing performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable results. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 1–2 days per week in the office, based in London or Dublin.
The impact you’ll make:
- Drive Commercial Growth: Own revenue growth, retention, and expansion across your portfolio of accounts, directly contributing to core business performance.
- Build Strategic Client Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, aligning AdRoll’s solutions with their marketing strategy and long-term business goals.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Use data and analytics to diagnose campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies to exceed key client goals such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion growth.
- Partner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver seamless onboarding, strong account health, and long-term success.
- Champion Platform Expertise: Leverage AdRoll’s programmatic ecosystem, predictive AI capabilities, and multi-channel advertising solutions across display, CTV, and DOOH to deliver measurable client impact.
- Operate with Ownership: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with strong organization, prioritization, and commercial discipline.
Skills you’ll bring:
- Commercial Ownership: Proven success managing and growing a book of business for 4+ years within adtech, martech, or a performance marketing agency environment.
- Strategic Client Consulting: Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and providing strategic marketing guidance beyond day-to-day campaign support.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience analyzing and optimizing campaigns using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion performance.
- Programmatic Understanding: Familiarity with programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), retargeting strategies, and attribution models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales, technical, and customer teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success.
- Portfolio Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a high-volume account portfolio effectively.
