Full Time – typically 3 days in the office London/ Derby/ Bristol

What you will be doing:

  • Lead global ER governance and compliance, setting standards for investigations, policy and assurance.
  • Chair the Investigation Advisory Group and oversee complex, high profile cases including ethics and Speak Up matters.
  • Drive ER analytics and reporting to provide cultural insights and early warning indicators.
  • Build capability across leaders and People teams, promoting dignity, respect and psychological safety.
