The Vice President Aftermarket Procurement role is critical in bridging the Procurement function to our growing Aftermarket business. This role is responsible for the management of new and existing contracts with Joint Ventures and Partners in Europe, the Middle East and the USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiation, influencing stakeholders, cost management and strategy development. The Aftermarket business is one of the fastest growing areas of Rolls-Royce.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of Procurement Specialists to deliver business goals.
- Working closely with Joint Ventures and Partners to optimise performance in the Aftermarket category.
- Managing stakeholders and internal customers to ensure bottom-line cost and delivery targets are achieved through clear strategies and execution plans.
