Rolls-Royce Derby is seeking a Product Make Operator to support the HP Turbine Blade Machining Facility. You will ensure production blades are delivered in line with required processes, loading/unloading, inspection, and contributing to continuous improvement.
You will work in a collaborative manufacturing team, applying lean principles and focusing on quality, with leadership and coaching responsibilities as needed to sustain high standards and on-time delivery.
