- Lead and develop a large production team to build high-end components and engines
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards, fostering a safety-first culture

- Optimize cost, delivery, and quality to enhance production performance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and streamline processes
- Provide tools and support to teams to enable effective daily operations
