Position Summary: An opportunity has become available for a Technical Manager – Aircraft Records Product Owner to join our team in London. Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is an engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce and IAE V2500-A5 engines, providing medium- and long-term leasing solutions for spare engines. We support over 50 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 420 engines. This role owns the evolution of RRPF’s aircraft and engine digital records products, balancing regulatory compliance, customer needs, and technical feasibility to deliver scalable and auditable solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the product vision for aircraft and engine digital records solutions.
  • Define and prioritize product backlog based on regulatory and market needs.
  • Ensure alignment with aviation standards (ATA, S1000D, iSpec 2200).
  • Work closely with AI, data, and delivery teams to shape functionality.
  • Engage with customers and regulators to validate product requirements.
  • Ensure traceability, auditability, and data integrity of digital records.

Position qualifications:

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or related technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft and engine technical records.
  • Experience in product ownership or technical management roles.
  • Ability to define roadmaps and prioritize backlogs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams.

Preferred requirements:

  • Knowledge of ATA, S1000D, or iSpec 2200 standards.
  • Experience engaging with regulators or auditors.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled document systems.
  • Experience in agile delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
