Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Module Fitting role within Rolls-Royce Engine Overhaul services in Derby where you will play a key role in MRO Services.

EOS in Derby is at the forefront of supplying TEM and repair capability services out to the Rolls-Royce network.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for maintaining the correct competencies and 5s standards to your assigned cell.
  • Work as part of an established team accountable for all aspects of equipment, implementing improvement initiatives and driving KPI’s to maximize delivery in your cell.
  • Actively support ensuring functional adherence to Health and Safety requirements including working to our corporate standards and driving a Zero harm culture in the company.

Position Qualifications:

  • A time-served apprenticeship, at a NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience and qualifications.

  • Flexibility and adaptability are key to meeting the ever-changing business requirements.
  • A proactive thinker, with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Has the ability to work well as part of a team as well as utilizing your individual initiative and expertise.
  • A good level of computer literacy, training for specific systems will be provided.
  • Willingness to undertake projects/continuous improvement works in-line with business requirements.
