Rolls-Royce are seeking a People Partner to join the Defence team in Bristol on-site. You will partner with business leadership to shape and implement people and organisational strategy, focussing on development and workforce effectiveness. You will coach senior leaders, use data to drive decisions, manage Employee Relations, and collaborate across HR to deliver strategic workforce plans aligned with defence business priorities.
