As an Assembly and Test Technician, you will support the production of Large Engine pumps in Solihull, working on continuous improvement activities, 5S and problem solving to keep the Pump Value Stream aligned with company goals and industry best practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and test Large Engine Pumps
  • Diagnose faults and solve problems within the Assembly and test area
  • Maintain and update calibration records and manage master calibration equipment and other test equipment
  • Carry out TPM, POI and report incidents and breakdowns on the Maximo system

Qualifications:

  • Apprenticeship in Engineering discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience working in an Assembly and Test environment
  • Demonstrable experience in manual handling dexterity
  • Experience using test and assembly equipment systems
