Position Summary
With our quickly growing Aftermarket business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the Civil Aerospace Service Business Team as a Service Business Officer – Reporting. Civil Aerospace Service Business Team is responsible for helping drive business performance by providing focused, insightful information that will allow Civil Aerospace to make better decisions and extract value in a cost‑effective manner, we take pride in being an inspirational place to work with its own calendar of social events and team building activities.
What You Will Be Doing
The Service Business team forecasts the profitability for all aftermarket service offerings such as Total Care, Flex and Select Care as well as supporting the Project and Customer teams in the management of their contracts. You will report to a Service Business Manager within the Civil Aerospace Service Business Team.
- Design and Develop BI Solutions: Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Oracle EPM to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
- Data Integration and Transformation: Connect to diverse data sources, clean, model, and transform data for optimal analytics and reliable visualisation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and deliver effective BI solutions.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to team members and end‑users on Power BI report development and best practices, building data literacy and self‑sufficiency across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the business forecasting process.
Position Qualifications
- Microsoft Excel experience is essential
- Microsoft Power BI, Data Modelling is essential

- Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Oracle EPM, OHP, DRM and FDMEE
- Project Management, Forecasting, Analysis, Communication skills
- Data Engineering, Data warehousing, SQL
- Experience and understanding of total care contracts desirable.
