Rolls-Royce SMR in Derby, UK, is seeking a Manager - Civil & Structural to lead a growing team of 10–15 engineers on a first‑of‑its‑kind SMR project. Hybrid working with travel to Derby, Warrington or Manchester will be required, reporting to the Head of Sites and Civils.
You will provide technical and people leadership across civil engineering structures, drive design integration, manage budgets and schedule, and champion health, safety and environmental excellence.
