We're looking for an entry level Programme Controller to support the Civil Aerospace portfolio office. You will monitor, review and report the status of the portfolio in accordance with the requirements defined in the Portfolio Definition and Delivery Plan (PDDP).
Responsibilities
- Report the status of the Civil Aerospace portfolio in accordance with the requirements of the PDDP.
- Manage and report variances to baselines and report Key Performance Indicators.
- Review portfolio data, identify and report trends, highlight anomalies and propose corrective action if performance is outside specification.
- Ensure effective controls are implemented in accordance with the company management procedures to achieve the programme success criteria.
- Accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the defined timescales.
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience.
- Member of a professional body and working towards a APM PMQ qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a relevant discipline, preferably on programme/project work.
- Working towards APM PMQ/PMI qualification or equivalent (or assessed as possessing equivalent knowledge/experience to the same standard).
- Experience in the development and/or implementation of project management processes and lifecycle, and a good knowledge of the project control processes.
