Taking charge of a dynamic team within defined manufacturing cell, you'll optimise production performance and help us achieve Zero Harm and Zero Defects while delivering world-class products to our customers.
What you will be doing:
- Leading a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards are met.
- Driving quality and efficiency, working towards Zero Defects and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Managing team performance and budgets, optimising productivity, headcount, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure on-time delivery, using capacity planning and workflow management to meet customer commitments.
- Developing and empower the team, fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership, and digital manufacturing adoption.
Position Requirements:
- You have a safety-first mindset, with knowledge of health and safety standards and product integrity.
- With broad experience across disciplines, you'll have a company-wide outlook and are comfortable dealing with different challenges, cultures and ways of working.
- You can demonstrate a proven track record of improving operational performance and leading cross-functional teams.
- You'll have continuous improvement expertise, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt preferred).
