You will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing supporting documentation is conforming to stringent nuclear standards before it is passed on to the Supply Quality Engineer. You will work closely with production, manufacturing engineering and quality.

What you will be doing:

You will be ensuring business compliance to customer order requirements through verification of manufacturing documentation.

  • Verification of completed inspection process, supplier quality assurance documentation and material test certification and liaising with supply quality engineers.
  • Reviewing and business acceptance of customer definition and format, quality assurance requirements and quality documentation
  • Responsible for Approving product is fit to put to stock, based on a review of standard documentation / Executive System checks
  • Acting as an authorised approver on behalf of the business.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individualswho are a UK national or, in MoD approved cases, a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
