What you will be doing:

  • Develop and validate maintenance concepts, methods, and tools to enhance assembly maintainability and support Engine MRO operations.
  • Provide technical support to ensure efficient, rate-ready, and production-friendly maintenance methods.
  • Manage the design and manufacturing of Ground Support Equipment within the supply chain, ensuring efficient processes and improved product delivery.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in Engine MRO while continuously improving processes and tools to develop and support Engine MRO.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM subject and/or have experience in a relevant engineering environment (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical or Controls).
  • An ability to apply logical, analytical, and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems and make balanced decisions across technical and business parameters to varying timelines and with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of product design methodology, materials, repair, lifecycle engineering, manufacturing engineering and special processes with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and apply systems thinking.
  • Familiarity with the use and creation of technical publications such as maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogues.
  • Competency in XML and SGML or technical publication editing tools is desirable but not essential.
