The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

The role is based on a hybrid working model with Solihull as the preferred location; however, we will also consider Bristol or Derby.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be a trusted partner to a member of our Executive Team, helping to create the conditions for extraordinary performance. You’ll bring structure to complexity, clarity to fast‑moving priorities, and calm professionalism to moments that matter. Your work will support the rhythm of our transformation and help us deliver on our ambition to be the most trusted and innovative power and propulsion company in the world. Key Accountabilities

  • Provide high‑quality support including complex diary management, prioritisation of commitments and proactive alignment of meetings to strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate travel, events and key leadership engagements to deliver seamless execution and a consistent Rolls‑Royce experience.
  • Act as a dependable first point of contact, building positive relationships and representing the organisation with confidence, discretion and care.
  • Manage confidential information in line with our values of trust and integrity.
  • Support coordination of cross‑functional work, ensuring actions are tracked, communication is clear and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Help create the conditions that enable leaders to focus on the moments where they can make the biggest impact.
