We are looking for an experienced and strategic senior people leader who’s ready to make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for leading and executing transformational people change programmes across the Rolls-Royce Submarines business. You’ll drive meaningful projects that make a difference to how we work and what we deliver.

What you will be doing
With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:
- Lead and deliver strategic business change projects in support of the Submarines Business Strategy and People Strategy
- Act as strategic expert in organisational design, providing the business with analysis, insights and tools to enable an effective operating model
- Provide strategic programme leadership and support to Roll-Royce Group to ensure smooth rollout of new initiatives into the Submarines business
- Lead the annual People Strategy review and to own the development of, and programme management of, an annual People Plan

- A depth of experience leading Organisation Development/Effectiveness programmes to enhance business and organisational performance
- Significant experience operating in a strategic HR business partnering role; influencing and supporting Director level leaders
- A broad change management skill set, combined with the ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organisational change from a people perspective
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and challenge business strategy and develop people plans to complement it
- A strong understanding of UK employment law and the employee lifecycle
- Strong influencing skills, an eye for detail, and a passion to drive results
