Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Services Leader GCAP at our Bristol site. This onsite role reports to the VP Manufacturing Services and focuses on defining the strategy for a new secure aerospace facility, recruiting and leading a maintenance team, and delivering reliable asset care from design through daily operations.
Ideal candidates will have NVQ 4/5 and proven leadership in manufacturing, with CMMS experience to drive KPIs and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
