In this context, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Programme Director and wider directorate.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities and organisational impact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple stakeholders
- Preparing high‑quality documents, presentations and correspondence to support senior leaders
- Managing expenses, purchase orders and administrative processes efficiently and accurately
- Supporting events and collaborating with Executive Assistants across the organisation to ensure alignment
- What you’ll bring
- A solid foundation in administration (e. g. GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent)
- Relevant experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands effectively
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Confidence using business systems and tools, and collaborating across teams to deliver outcomes
- Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
- Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check

- Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000.00 - £39,400.00 (dependent on skills, values, and knowledge)
- Bonus – Performance‑related bonus of up to 7%
