Throughout, you'll attend exclusive masterclasses, work with senior sponsors, and receive one-to-one mentoring.
- We'll continue to assess your skills throughout, with a review at the end of the programme to determine next steps. This could be progression into a future role within our enterprise, considering your skills and where you can add value at pace, continuing to shape an agile impactful career.
The Enterprise Skills Accelerator programme duration is a minimum of 12 months. Upon completion of the programme, you'll have attained a postgraduate qualification and unlocked an agile mindset, with the ability to learn, unlearn and relearn however the future of work requires. You'll develop an appreciation for emerging tech and AI in the business environment, enabling you to challenge how we work while adding strategic value and commercial impact.
