What you will be doing:
- Lead global ER governance and compliance, setting standards for investigations, policy and assurance.
- Chair the Investigation Advisory Group and oversee complex, high profile cases including ethics and Speak Up matters.
- Drive ER analytics and reporting to provide cultural insights and early warning indicators.
- Build capability across leaders and People teams, promoting dignity, respect and psychological safety.
