Overview

In this role you manage and mitigate commercial risk through drafting and finalising lease contract documents for engine deliveries. You will liaise with engine owners, airlines and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You’ll handle post-closing actions, record-keeping and template development to support delivery and redelivery. The role sits within a high‑performing, cross‑functional team and offers exposure to senior colleagues. This is a chance to contribute to Rolls‑Royce’s asset leasing capabilities at scale and across global customers.

Responsibilities

  • Draft lease contract documents aligned with approved templates and ensure accuracy
  • Interact with engine owners, airline customers and internal stakeholders to support short-term lease offerings
  • Release engines to customers at a commercial level, confirming prerequisites and identifying commercial risks
  • Complete post-closing actions and administration (filings, security creation/release, IT records)
  • Manage customer insurance certificate renewals as needed
  • Develop and maintain commercial templates, tools, and guides with appropriate approvals
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts across systems

Key requirements

  • Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering lease contracts, ideally in private practice
  • Strong communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to propose solutions to business problems
