Role Overview
Lead Business Improvement Transformation and lighthouse projects that will deliver the performance/User Experience improvements using the most appropriate lean, agile and problem-solving tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Drive and sustain the maturity of the relevant production system across the business against minimum standard criteria.
- Coach the organisation and business leaders in lean six sigma and develop lean capability across the business.
- Develop and manage improvement capability in the business, identifying appropriate training as necessary.
- Deliver Lean training to upskill Lean capability at all levels across the business.
- Act as a focal point for the understand and sharing of best knowledge and practice across the business.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Lean tools and techniques at the business level.
- Drive change management by influencing and coaching leadership, management, and teams across critical processes and specialty functions on Lean improvement.
- Have strong business acumen. Fully competent in using the BPD to identify improvement projects at the business level.
- Drive the business journey to be a Lean Enterprise by actively demonstrating the lean leadership actions (behaviours) and by being a champion of the key behavioural changes to underpin the lean organisation of the future.
- Important track record in lean technical leadership in Business Improvement and/or Quality organisations.
- Proven track record in the delivery of important lean improvements.
- Able to operate in a multinational and multicultural environment.
Leadership & Coaching
- Leadership, drive and self-starter, and agility in contributing to the business vision and in the delivery of End to End (E2E) process level step-change value added projects.
Accreditations
- Lean Expert or equivalent certification.
