Rolls-Royce is recruiting a Chief Design Engineer – Regen to oversee the design and safety baseline for new nuclear facilities at Raynesway Estate in Derby.

You will lead a team, integrate requirements, and ensure robust safety cases during Concept Design and mature facility design phases.

The role demands deep leadership of engineers and SMEs, experience with design baselines, configuration management, and nuclear safety practices.
