An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HSE Coordinator – Infrastructure to join Rolls‑Royce Submarines. The role involves coordinating and supporting the management of high‑hazard activities on site, specifically contractor activities, and ensuring world‑class HSE standards and robust processes are in place.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Infrastructure team in all aspects of HSE systems, accreditations and compliance activities.
- Plan and assist with internal HSE inspections and audits.
- Assist with the implementation and roll‑out of new procedures and systems.
- Assist in setting and monitoring KPI’s, preparing reports and documents as needed.
- Produce monthly performance dashboards.
- Coordinate and manage team calendars, logging, monitoring and chasing of actions.
- Maintain relevant HSE databases for the Infrastructure function.
- Help to develop or arrange any identified HSE training requirements.
- Be actively involved in HSE process improvements or investigations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong administrative background, ideally with previous experience within a busy HSE function.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- HSE qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are an advantage.
