Rolls-Royce is seeking a Chief of Manufacturing Technology for Additive Layer Manufacturing (laser powder bed fusion) in Derby. This hybrid role leads the development and deployment of new additive capabilities across the Group, coaching engineers and shaping global capability.
You will work with Defence, Procurement, Power Systems and Civil divisions to realise new designs and more efficient value streams, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
