Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Naval Defence organization in Peterborough, ON. This key role involves managing a diverse portfolio of Naval Handling Equipment programs, understanding P&L and Balance Sheet implications, and overseeing site operating costs. The contracts managed are crucial to our financial inflow and stakeholder engagement.
Our location in Peterborough specializes in developing custom electro-mechanical solutions for Naval Defence and Marine clients, embodying Rolls-Royce\’s spirit of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance with 5+ years of experience OR
- Master\’s degree in the same fields with 3+ years of experience
- Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must obtain Canadian Controlled Goods and Reliability Security Clearance
