- Engage with stakeholders across the business to evolve and improve EHM services, including participation in transitioning to new analytic platforms.
- Contribute to a culture of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost efficiency.
- Uphold and model Rolls-Royce values of ethical behaviour and team collaboration.

- Broad stakeholder management experience desirable.
- Prior experience in EHM, service delivery, engine performance, service engineering or a closely related field is advantageous.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to experience a different role or area of the business and broaden your skills.
- Exposure to innovative digital technologies and industry-leading analytics.
- Collaborative, fast-paced and supportive environment.
- A customer facing role supporting our fleet of 2,800 aircraft.
