Role accountabilities:
- Operating injection machines (full training provided) and completing shiftly safety checks
- Loading raw materials into machines and safely removing finished parts
- Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards
- Recording production data and following Technical Instructions
- Working to meet production targets
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe
- Reporting any machine issues or safety concerns immediately
- Raising quality issues or concerns immediately
- Working closely with your production leader and colleagues to maintain workflow
Essential skills/qualifications required:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly and proactively to resolve problems within the area
- Reliable and honest
- Ability to work in teams
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
