Position Summary

An exciting opportunity is available for a Specialist, Learning Experience Design to join our global learning services delivery team and play a key role in shaping how colleagues build skills and capabilities for the future. You’ll design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using AI-powered tools and modern authoring platforms, help maintain our learning ecosystem and support our growing community of “do-it-yourself” content creators and editors across the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences (e-learning, microlearning, video-based learning, toolkits and more) that help colleagues perform and grow.
  • Own small to medium learning solutions end-to-end – from early ideas and storyboards through to build, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Use AI-powered content tools (especially Sana Learn) and modern authoring platforms (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Elucidat, iSpring Suite) to create high-quality learning at speed.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles so solutions are practical, just-in-time and embedded in real work.
  • Ensure all outputs – including those created by other content creators – meet agreed design, brand, accessibility and technical standards through quality checks and reviews.
  • Shape the learner experience on our corporate intranet site (Leatro Engine Room) and in Workday Learning, keeping structures, pages, and catalogues clear, on-brand and easy to navigate.
  • Support and enable our Sana creator and Leatro Engine Room editor communities by onboarding and coaching new creators/editors, answering questions, and sharing good practice.
  • Use feedback and data to refine learning experiences and contribute ideas to improve our tools, templates, and ways of working.

Position qualifications:

  • A strong eye for design and user experience – able to make learning look and feel modern, clear and engaging (e.g. through layout, typography, imagery, interaction).
  • Some relevant experience creating digital experiences or content (through a first role, internship, placement, freelance work or substantial personal projects) in areas such as:
    • Digital learning / e-learning
    • Web design / web content management
    • Graphic design, multimedia, video, or motion design
    • UX / UI or interactive media
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its potential in creative and learning work, with examples of how you currently use (or are experimenting with) AI tools.

Preferred requirements:

  • Exposure to modern learning authoring tools, for example:
    • Sana Learn
    • Articulate Storyline / Rise 360
    • Elucidat
    • iSpring Suite
  • Experience with SharePoint or intranet site/page design (beyond basic content editing), including structure, navigation, and page layout.
  • Experience using or administering Workday Learning or another enterprise LMS/LXP.
  • Some familiarity with HTML/CSS or web design principles.
