We have an exciting opportunity to join the Aftermarket Off-Wing APAC & MEA Operations organisation, as Services Operations Manager.
What you will be doing:
You will be a primary leadership contact within the global overhaul network capacity and capability team. This role will lead and manage the integration of critical timely projects, ensuring a controlled approach & handover to the operational global teams.
The successful individual will be driven, structured, process focused & show strong levels of agility to manage the great variety the role has to offer.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Overhaul Base Teams, Business Development & Capability, Trent Fleet Value stream teams and functional teams, you will indirectly lead a global cross functional team to ensure a variety of capability and capacity increase projects are executed in the required timeframe and successfully integrated into the operational landscape.
You will be accountable for the creation, planning and execution of specific ramp-up programmes into operational readiness ensuring the incorporation of a multitude of factors.
You will also:
Work closely with teams across the organisation to track, manage and lead key activities.
Lead compliance governance including risk management, business continuity management, operating system & integrated scorecard compliance.
Lead the governance and status reporting of capacity and capability increase projects and programmes, ensuring stakeholders are aware of the latest plans along with associated opportunities and hazards.
Work as part of a multi-skilled team and contribute across a range of functional activity, such as planning and logistics, risk management, supply chain management, load capacity planning, cost control and customer/supplier relationship management.
Key Experience & Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience of working in an MRO or Shop Floor environment.
Experience across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or Customer teams preferred.
Strong understanding of factory layout, engine components, system and functionality
High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, initiative, action-orientation and vision, supplemented with good IT skills.
