Position Summary
An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the Civil Aerospace business as a Finance Professional – Risk and Revenue Sharing Partners (RRSP), where you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the Civil business throughout the life cycle of the product, whilst supporting the administration processes and forging external relationships for our strategic partnerships. The partner advocate role will be balanced by ensuring the resulting transactions are aligned to Civil business flows and financial statements.
What you will be doing:
- Provide insight and support to the external RRSP partners, RRSP Commercial team, and wider Finance stakeholders.
- Manage the RRSP inputs into month end actuals and reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure that RRSP financial flows are appropriately captured and accounted for, including determining accounting treatments, producing variance analysis and building understanding of RRSP flows.
- Support the solution lead with regard to the RRSP element of any improvement programme. Ensure that the proposed changes in OE, TotalCare, T&M and Leasing are compatible and enhance the RRSP reporting processes.
- Manage the preparation of reporting and forecast information for the external Risk & Revenue Sharing Partners, in line with contractual requirements, ensuring information is accurate, timely and insightful for partners.
- Ensure RRSP processes are appropriately governed and meet all internal control requirements, including ownership of the RRSP elements of the Civil balance sheet.
- Lead year end audit process ensuring use of appropriate professional judgement.

- Understanding of RRSP Group internal Policies, Procedures, Precedents
- Business and financial acumen including a clear understanding and ability to apply process improvement principles
