We have an opportunity for a Secretary Personal Assistant who will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director – Commercial Aviation Trent XWB and Director – Portfolio Planning Civil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Applying a detailed knowledge of the Company travel policy and coordinating complex travel arrangements, dealing with any changes which may be required at short notice and managing/processing of expenses.
- Support with coordinating and managing standard meeting governance and quarterly events.
Requirements:
- ~3-6 years of experience in a PA support role.
- ~Excellent organisation & planning skills.
- ~High degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
