What you’ll be doing:
You will be placed in either Enterprise Transformation or Adopting AI Through Transformation, building on the achievements of the MBA projects so far and having the opportunity to implement and bring new initiatives to life. Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are.
This is your chance to gain a fantastic insight into a leading, global business. But it’s up to you to make the most of it. Opportunities following on from this programme could be a role directly within the business as an experienced hire or a place on one of our new programmes due to be launched in 2027.
Who we’re looking for:
- A current full time MBA university student, undertaking a Rolls-Royce project via Alliance Manchester Business School
- You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – someone who enjoys problem solving and who recognises the power of teamwork
- A willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations: in most cases, you’ll be able to achieve the scheme requirements in the location you are recruited to, however, we may need you to be flexible and travel between sites during
We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. Everyone is expected on site, on average, three days per week. But specific arrangements will vary from role to role and gig to gig. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can.
