What you’ll be doing:
- Explore behind-the-scenes at Rolls-Royce, finding out more about how a global organisation works and what it takes to make our work happen
- Build future-ready skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving and professional confidence
- Collaborate on a team project, from initial challenge to final professional presentation
- Experience real-world engineering and innovation through hands-on activities, model engines and interactive tech
- Connect with current apprentices through networking sessions and Q&As
- Strengthen your employability with workshops focused on applications, personal development and apprenticeships at Rolls-Royce
Who can apply?
We’re looking for passionate, motivated students in Year 11 and Year 12 to be part of this opportunity.
To take part, you’ll need to:
- Be able to commit to all 4 days of the programme (including travel if you’re not local to site)
- Complete the ‘Future Ready Skills’ module on our virtual work experience platform, Discover: On Demand
- Provide written permission from your school or college confirming you’re able to attend
