You will lead the people agenda, shaping talent, organisation, capability and culture to enable the business strategy across Defence.

In collaboration with Head Office SMEs you will translate strategy into practical actions, coach senior leaders, manage complex people issues, and drive change with data‑driven insight while upholding an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
