To co-ordinate / prioritise all activity to ensure that critical path parts, shortages and future hazards are investigated and mitigated. Ensuring all possible actions are pro-actively managed and co-ordinated across the organisation to minimise customer disruption. To ensure that the best outcomes for the business are achieved.

What you will be doing:
- Identify and lead the resolution of delivery issues and future delivery hazards.
- Ensure commitments are robust and optimal, utilising production day plans and ensuring they are adhered to.
- Direct Operations to enable planned prioritisation of issues to protect and optimise customer delivery performance and minimise impact.
- Ensure credible and accurate information is maintained for customer critical parts in the ERP system and visual management tools.
- Provide timely communication on delivery issues and ensure methods of manufacture / operation times are updated based on demonstrated actuals.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and business process changes in order to prevent the re-occurrence of issues.
- Ensure all paperwork (route cards, documentation & supplier docs etc.) are compliant with business, regulatory and export requirements.
- Operate to the relevant policies and procedures as defined and comply with RRMS.
Who we’re looking for:
- Educated to degree level or relevant professional qualification.
- Experience of production planning & control.
- Proven influencing, problem solving and team working skills.
- Understanding and experience of managing load / capacity is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deliveries and make balanced priority calls under challenging circumstances.
- Understanding of different roles / functions / processes (e.g. Manufacturing, Purchase, NPI, Quality).
- Excellent communication skills and networks across functions and operations.
- Able to take responsibility for their own development.
- Has the ability to influence others.
