We are recruiting for an exciting and unique opportunity within the Civil Aerospace Customer and Business Development team for a Customer Business Manager (Level C).

Responsibilities

  • Act as key interface representing the Customer business across the enterprise.
  • Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer on priorities such as improvement activities, business communications, team engagement, and key issues.
  • Manage business priorities with sponsors and report KPIs across all levels of leadership.
  • Coordinate and develop commercial excellence initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Distill complex narratives into simple, meaningful communications to engage and align senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with other Civil Aerospace and Group Divisions on key topics affecting customers and commercial optimisation.
  • Manage Customer and Business Development Leadership Team governance and key meetings for Strategy, Performance and Change topics.
  • Serve as a liaison for the Chief Customer Officer within the Customer Team and Business Development Team.

  • Ability to read situations and act accordingly with strong presentation skills.

  • Self‑starter willing to develop deep and broad experience.
  • Keen interest in learning about Customer and Business Development space.
